Анотація. 
Академічна мобільність здобувачів в умовах сучасного освітнього процесу

У статті здійснений аналіз сучасного стану української вищої освіти в умовах впливу процесів інтернаціоналізації, розвиток академічної мобільності в Україні. Здійснено аналіз зарубіжної та вітчизняної науково-педагогічної літератури, інформаційноаналітичних доповідей міжнародних організацій, який свідчить про стан нормативноправових документів, що регулюють впровадження академічної мобільності. Наведено статистичні дані про стан академічної мобільності в Україні.

ACADEMIC MOBILITY OF STUDENTS IN THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The article served to analyze the current state of Ukrainian higher education in conditions of internationalization, development of academic mobility in Ukraine. Analyzed legal documents regulating the implementation of the academic mobility. The statistical data on the state of academic mobility in Ukraine.

Academic mobility — an opportunity during the study period provchytys one or more semesters in another institution of higher education, which train specialists in the same profession with admission subjects (credits) and periods of study; develop effective personal intellectual potential.

For further development of academic mobility of all participants in the educational process (job seekers, scientific, pedagogical and teaching staff and other members) Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 08.12.2015 p. Number 579 approved the «Regulations on the procedure for exercising the right to academic mobility» .

After analyzing this ruling can highlight the following fundamental provisions:

• 1. Academic mobility applicants educational space provides features such as expansion of dialogue and cultural horizons, acquire new unique skills and improve foreign language skills.
• 2. Scientific, pedagogical and teaching staff and other members of the educational potsesu academic mobility provides training in the context of global trends in the development of science and attract the best international practices, the expansion of professional dialogue and enhance competitiveness in the labor market.
• 3. Academic mobility in Ukraine has the following features:
• 3.1. Academically mobile all participants in the educational process, scientists, scholars, educators, applicants (students), applicants PhD degree and doctorate.
• 3.2. Study Abroad applicant (student) became part of the program of study at Ukrainian universities. Estimates obtained abroad, captured in Ukraine.
• 3.3. No need to take sabbatical or align individual learning plan. For competitor (student) remains permanent education in Ukraine.
• 3.4. Reenrollment listened items is solely on the content of programs in these disciplines.
