Анотація. 
Формування інформаційно-комунікаційної компетенції майбутніх педагогічних фахівців

професійний педагогічний навчальний комунікаційний Досліджено проблему змісту професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців у вищих педагогічних навчальних закладах України. Обґрунтовано важливість формування системи інформаційно-комунікаційної компетенції в майбутніх педагогічних фахівців як чинника цілісного розвитку їх особистості. З’ясовано, що професійна підготовка майбутніх фахівців педагогічних спеціальностей вимагає визначення теоретико-методологічних підходів для побудови системи інформаційно-комунікаційної компетенції, визначення структурно-функціональних компонентів і чинників, які впливають на її реалізацію.

Аннотация

Исследована проблема содержания профессиональной подготовки будущих специалистов в высших педагогических учебных заведениях Украины. Обоснована важность формирования системы информационнокоммуникационной компетенции у будущих педагогических специалистов как фактора целостного развития их личности. Выяснено, что профессиональная подготовка будущих специалистов педагогических специальностей требует определения теоретико-методологических подходов для построения системы информационно-коммуникационной компетенции, определения структурнофункциональных компонентов и факторов, влияющих на ее реализацию.

The problem of the content of future specialists training in higher educational institutions of Ukraine was investigated. The importance of information and communication competence formation in future pedagogical professionals as integral factor of their identity was proved. It was found that training of future pedagogical specialists requires determination of theoretical and methodological approaches for the construction of information and communication competence, determining the structural and functional components and factors that affect on its implementation. The main task for building system of formation information and communication competence of future teachers was found: forming baseline pedagogical knowledge necessary for orientation and social adaptation of future specialists in the terms of the dynamic changes that taking place in Ukrainian society and for professional orientation of graduates; mastering of practical skills for making responsible decisions; forming abilities for self-development, self-education, education of the future teachers initiative and activity, autonomy in decision making. The basis for constructing system of formation information and communication competence is set of principles as assumptions of any theory. The principles, on which the system of formation information and communication competence of future teachers was formulated: integrity, professional orientation, dynamism, consistency. Structural components of the formation information and communication competence are motivational value component (provides positive attitude to the work with modern educational technologies and directed on professionally motivated to use these technologies for solve professional tasks in the both in learning and in their future careers), content-information component (submitted the system of knowledge to use information and communication technologies in professional activity of future teachers), procedural and activity component (involves analysis and synthesis of information and presentation of results and the ability to use educational technology in professional activity), personal component (forms the professional abilities of future teachers which contribute to solving creative problems and self-improvement). The developed system includes structural (aims, content, forms, methods, learning tools) and functional (value-motivation, cognition and action-creative) components. The effectiveness of the formation information and communication competence of future teachers is provided through a differentiated approach to training future teachers; systematic and purposeful orientation of students to internally motivated acquirement the system of knowledge and skills of information and communication technologies in professional activity.
